2009-2010 Lions....

I ask this question frequently, what does the future hold for the 0 in 16 2008-2009 Detroit Lions? Sometimes I switch back and forth from saying "no this year its gonna be different we might even have a shot at the playoffs" or to "are you kidding those losers they cant even get that ball over the line of scrimmage."
The point is that the lions don't need a new quarterback or whatever their whole jackass scouting organization thinks, because the Lions can have Tom Brady or Peyton Manning but if their lazy Offensive Line lets that defense get through to the quarterback every time and get sacked/pounded to the ground then what is the point of drafting a rookie quarterback every year because its not like he's going to start most likely he'll get destroyed.
The Lions need a new O-line, scratch that they need a whole new team; a totally new Offense and a Defense because their so lazy what they do isn't even football anymore its more like "as long as I'm getting paid and getting ...., I'm alright". If the Lions are going to be like this they should not even be a national football team they should make their own little separate league for teams that blow!
Well whatever happens happens I guess only time will tell.
LIONS FAIL!

Pointless!

Have you ever thought why in the hell we get TESTS before the FINAL EXAMS! Well I have and I think the whole thing is just a big joke and that most of the teachers just do it to piss us off and to have more and more work work and less freetime to focus on the main thing, the finals.
Aren't teachers suppose to help us actually pass the finals and not just pass them but getting a steady grade that will our GPA's? But most of them dont, we usually have like a week until the final exams and on that week before the exams all you hear from your teachers are "you will have a test on friday make sure your prepared", wow is all I say when I hear that.
If I were a teacher I would deffinetly help my students prepare for the real deal instead of some stupid test. Well that is just my opinion which I really had to share because it got really enoying to just keep it to myself.

The Next Detroit Piston Superstar

Drafted in the first round, fifteenth pick in the NBA by the Detroit Pistons in the 2007, Rodney Stuckey. Starting out slow in 2007 with only 7.7 points per game and 2.8 assists he has now become a major key player putting up 13.7 points, 4.9 assists, and 1.1 steals for the Pistons. He has definitely increased his role as a strong player with full potential to rise up in the NBA as an unknown underdog from the isolated college of Eastern Washington.

These kind of players are very rare to just pop in the NBA and start for the Detroit Pistons point guard especially after his second year in the system. Not intimidated by the opponents weight and height/size this skillful sophomore has been driving to the paint towards the best players in the league willing to score and win. Without a doubt this new generation of Pistons is just starting to develop their leader, Rodney Stuckey.

The reason Rodney Stuckey is starting for the Pistons is because he needs to become more mature and settle with the program of handling a team in blowout and tough situations no matter what the times he has learn how to control them. Along with his other young teammates such as Jason Maxiell, Amir Johnson, and Aaron Afflalo they will put on a fantastic show for years to come because they have a strong young team full of chemistry, a true meaning of what basketball really is and their strong communication every time they step together on that court to create history.

Should Michael Phelps Get Another Chance?

After being a winner of fourteen Olympic Gold Medals which eight of them he received in the summer of 2008 in Beijing,China,Michael Phelps has been accused of smoking marijuana from a bong from a picture that was taken three months ago and the photo was released on United Kingdom magazine. Michael was at a college party in South Carolina when he has consumed the illegal drug.

Michael Phelps a role model for children, athletes, and even adults has disappointed them from his following actions that he has admitted and apologized to have them. Back in 2004 after Phelps won six gold medals in Athens, he was charged with underage drinking following a traffic stuff in Maryland. So the question is do stars/role models like Michael Phelps deserve another chance; because it looks like this is the second time he has done something to cause disappointment to others by his actions gone wrong.

Everyone in this world makes mistakes starting with the low-class people to the highest possible class there can be, because no one is perfect;because if you made a mistake you would want to be forgiven even though you might have changed the inspiration to others, people always learn from mistakes. The news of Michael Phelps mistake has traveled world wide as people are unsure and confused if there are anymore true role models out there.

It was just a dumb slip up that happens to everyone. I mean college party's these days are pretty rough and once they get started they end pretty bad. For example the college party in South Carolina that Phelps attended to ended up in worldwide debate 3 months later (which is now) whether or not he should be forgiven for his following actions. In the end we have to simply forgive and forget because we cannot have a grudge on a person because of their errors because people are made to make mistakes.

Just think about how you would feel in his situation, don't quickly judge, because you might of done a lot of things wrong that have been easily forgotten and now your biting away at other peoples problems. So in conclusion we should give another chance.
